Russian tennis star Maria Sharapova has slammed rival Serena Williams calling her a home wrecker.
Her scathing diss comes after Serena Williams described her as uncool, boring and obsessed with tennis in a recent Rolling Stone interview. Although Serena Williams didn’t mention the name of the player she was referring to, it is widely believed she was referring to the current world number three- Sharapova.
Maria Sharapova retaliated during the pre-Wimbledon press gathering. ‘Obviously I have a tremendous amount of respect for Serena and what she’s achieved on the court. If she wants to talk about something personal, maybe she should talk about her relationship and her boyfriend that was married and is getting a divorce and has kids. Talk about other things, but not draw attention to other things.’
Serena Williams has been linked to Coach Patrick Mouratoglou, and has dated rappers Common andDrake in the past.
